I started my own spiritual journey of emotional healing and transformation using modalities like meditation, trauma release, self-reflection, group work, EMDR, somatic work, earth medicines, coaching, and breath work over 30 years ago. I discovered coaching back in 2016 through an Adobe leadership development program where I learned deep reflective listening and powerful questions that can illuminate the inner voice of wisdom.  I have since spent hundreds of hours in coaching and leadership training, earning my coaching certification through CTI, having the privilege of coaching over 60 people through transformational experiences. Over the last several years I specialized in preparing  people for, and then integrating, entheogenic and psychedelic  experiences. This includes people experimenting with micro-dosing for personal transformation. 

My partner Ann and I work with the transformational power of sound using alchemical instruments and stones to create magical experiences for people. We also provided guided breath and  meditation practices during these experiences to connect people with the wise healer within.
